From Love and Loss to Legacy
Georgy’s journey began in Waterford City, but its roots reach far deeper – into her life as a new mother, grieving daughter, and passionate creator. After losing her mother during pregnancy, Georgy found comfort in preserving her daughter’s early days through a unique pendant crafted from her own breastmilk.
Soon after, she discovered strands of her late mother’s hair tucked inside a beloved hat and set one into another pendant. Wearing it brought her mother’s presence close again – a feeling so powerful that she knew she had to share it with others.
Ireland’s First DNA Keepsake Artist
Combining her degrees in Chemistry, Textile Engineering, and her Master’s in Quality and Expertise, Georgy transforms inclusions such as breastmilk, hair, ashes, fabric, flowers, and even first baby teeth into timeless jewellery. Each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care, using artisan resin techniques and high-quality materials to ensure the memories it holds last a lifetime.
From her cosy Waterford studio, Georgy treats every inclusion with the deepest respect – knowing these aren’t just materials, but fragments of love and life. Clients often describe the moment they receive their keepsake as “like holding that person close again.”
